The claim: [AGENTIC, C6+ EXTENSION] Agent adoption carries a category externality (E-A7) that no firm-level governance internalizes. 'Agents are leverage then pollution' (T23) is not just diminishing returns to one firm's adoption — it is degradation of a SHARED resource (buyer attention / signal-to-noise) with AGGREGATE category adoption kappa, so first-mover alpha is structurally time-limited regardless of any single vendor's execution quality.
